Free 15-Minute Consultation Call

This brief, no-cost phone call is an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about our services, and see if we’re a good fit for your mental health needs. During this call, you can share what you're looking for in care, and we’ll provide information about our approach, availability, and next steps. While this is not a clinical session or for medical advice, it’s a great way to connect and explore whether Nurture & Insight Psychiatry feels right for you.

  • Initial Intake Appointment with Your Provider

    Your first appointment is an important step in getting the support you need. During this visit, your provider will take the time to get to know you—asking about your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, medications, and anything else that helps paint a full picture of your well-being. You might fill out a few short questionnaires to better understand how you’ve been feeling. Together, you’ll talk about your goals for treatment and what options might be the best fit for you, such as medication, therapy, or lifestyle changes. This is a safe, judgment-free space to share your story and start building a plan that works for you. (60 minute visit)

  • Follow-Up: Medication Management & Refill

    This brief check-in is focused on how you're doing with your current medication. Your provider will ask about symptom changes, side effects, and overall progress. If everything is stable, refills can be provided. If any concerns come up, adjustments may be discussed, or a longer follow-up may be scheduled. This visit helps keep your treatment on track and ensures your care continues to meet your needs. (15-25 min visit)

  • Talk/Supportive Therapy Appointment

    Supportive therapy sessions offer a safe, judgment-free space to share what’s on your mind. Whether you’re navigating life stressors, managing symptoms, or simply need someone to talk to, these appointments focus on emotional support, building coping skills, and helping you feel more centered. Your provider will work collaboratively with you to process challenges, explore patterns, and identify strategies for growth and healing. There’s no pressure—just a space to be heard, supported, and met exactly where you are. (30 min visit)

More Information

  • Your copay or portion of your deductible is due at the time of service

    If your account balance is over $150 and/or no payments have been made for more than 60 days, the provider may not continue to provide services until a payment has been made or arranged.

    There is a $30.00 fee for checks written with insufficient funds.

    Balances past due for 90 days may be sent to an outside collections’ agency.

    There is a minimum $75 fee for FMLA forms to be filled out and will be done at the discretion of the provider.
